With quite a fuzz this December of the End of the world. We the people are still here to celebrate this festive season 🙂 .
Wishing you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Every where beautiful decorations and lights. We also thought to make it big with our friends.
This time, we enjoyed our Christmas eve having fun with friends across the Toronto streets and dinner planned at Gerrard st. So here we go with the walk….
We started from Islington station to Osgoode Station – Southbound Platform. Then walked across the University Ave towards the St Andrew Station – Northbound Platform.
Suddenly it became freezing cold. We took our gloves out and rushed into the Toronto Trams. Finally relief from cold hands and smile on faces. Then we started for the Toronto Christmas market. On the way we saw some churches too..
The Christmas street reminded of some old structure brick buildings. Though it was almost closed as we reached but still worth some snaps.
Then we walked back to the Toronto Eaton Centre and enjoyed some beautiful decorations for Christmas. Our hunger for dinner has already started to call us. So we took some quick snaps and started for the Gerrard street.
Gerrard St Toronto is the largest marketing place for Asian restaurants, cafes, videos stores, clothing shops, electronic goods & decor stores services in North America. You can easily be surprised if you visit this place the first time. The look and feel of the street is a complete Asian style and flavor.
This time we tried dinner at Regency and it came out to be a wonderful experience. With all the Indian flavor dishes, both Veg and non- Veg servings were well prepared and served. Everyone had a great time and fun 🙂
And then its time to return back to home after a joy filled day and food. We took the Toronto Subway from Main street back to the Islington. It is late but the company was fun to be with. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas eve too.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our friends….
